Different roles. One standard.

Every project depends on the people reading the plans, planning the work, leading the crew, tracking the details, and answering the phone.

Estimator / Project Manager

Nicholas Telese

Nicholas carries work from bid documents into preconstruction and execution. He handles takeoffs, pricing, proposals, plan review, scheduling coordination, submittals, change management, and communication with the project team.

Superintendent

Andre Fuentez

Andre leads day-to-day field execution. He coordinates crews, equipment, forms, reinforcing, placements, site logistics, and changing conditions so the plan makes sense when boots hit the ground.

Office Manager

Lindsey Hanson

Lindsey keeps the office side organized and responsive. She supports contracts, compliance documents, project files, billing coordination, scheduling, and day-to-day communication so the field team has what it needs.

From the plans to the pour.

Estimating defines the work. Project management moves the information. The office keeps the paperwork and communication organized. Field leadership turns the plan into actual concrete. Family ownership keeps the whole chain accountable.
